Beetroot juice improves brain function

After lots of complaints against  the functioning of the brain, one solution comes out i.e.,  just 've beetroot juice everyday, which has a great potentiality to keep brain healthy & maintain the blood pressure.

According to a leading scientist Daniel Kim-Shapiro at the Wake Forest University, drinking beet root juice also helps open up the blood vessels in the body. It increases blood flow to the brain. He agrees with the previous studies' findings that the red vegetable juice lowers blood pressure.

The news study found the compound of nitrates in Beet root, can increase blood flow & oxygen in the body. The amount of nitrates, which are found in other leafy vegetables like cabbage, spinach & some lettuce, are more in Beet. The study conducted by giving breakfast to adults containing high-nitrate of beet juice for four days. The researchers came with findings that nitrate levels were high, which reduces the blood pressure & maintains the blood flow in the body.
