Useful tips for feet care!

As the season of cool weather moves on, you need to take care of one of the most active part of your body i.e., "Feet". They are more important than your hands. In fact, most of the time they're completely overwhelmed. Especially in today's age, we move out for work all the day, but have you ever thought to take a little care of your feet?

Even subway is so wide spread that we must travel long distances to get from one place to another. Even if you have a car & being in the driver's seat, you know how tiring driving can be. So in this busy schedules, we do neglect to take care of our feet as they are the most deserted & neglected part of our body. Though they're essential part of almost everything we do, whether for walking, running, or just standing. Having feet that are comfortable & well-cared for makes the experience much more pleasant.

Hands & feet are such parts of body that get affected by the harshness & dryness of winter. Here are some useful tips that will persuade a foot care routine results in great looking feet. It will definitely make you feel better, healthier even sexier in winter. Do take a note on these few tips to ponder for your feet. 
        
      Useful tips to ponder: 
  • The best way to relax tired feet is to soak feet for 10 minutes in warm water with salt. Remove & scrub dry, especially between the toes. In case of sprain add "Epsom salts" to the water for better results. 
  • Other way is you can add a shampoo with warm water & soak your feet for 10 minutes. This also improves the texture of the toenails. Mix few drops of lemon juice in Vaseline & apply gently on cracked heels. Scrub heels with a pumice stone while bathing. Use a good hand & body lotion on your feet too. 
  • Do not leave your feet exposed for long time as they tend to get affected faster. Use proper footwear during the winter. 
  • Messaging feet with an exfoliating cream increase blood circulation & wearing socks give protected shield to feet. It also help keeping feet warm & the skin of foot will return to its normal velvetiness. 
  • Do apply a special moisturizing foot cream to prevent scaling cracked heels especially before going to bed. 
  • Always wear moisture absorbing socks. Foot moisture can lead to blisters, fungus & foul odor. Socks & foot powder can help. If blister are an ongoing problem, try putting a thin layer of petroleum jelly on foot as a preventative. 
The feet are the foundation of the body. If something is a miss with them, it can affect the alignment of whole body. Each day, even 15 minutes of attention can be a redeemer for feet's look. So, do book a spa once  a week for pedicure in order to relax your feet plus to give a divine look. Hope these above tips may help you to take care of your feet!
