Simple tips to stay healthy!

Always keep balance the food you eat with physical quantity. Maintain or improve your weight. Eat a variety of foods. Include a daily selection of whole-grain & enriched breads, cereals & grain products, vegetables, fruits, milk, cheese & yogurt, meats, poultry, eggs, fish, dried beans & peas, tofu.

Eat plenty of complex carbohydrates like grains, vegetables, starches & even fruits. These foods pack the most nutrients per calorie. Choose a diet that is low in fat, saturated fat & cholesterol. Fat has twice as many calories per gram as any other nutrient. A high-fat diet increases your risk for heart disease & some cancers.

Use sugars in moderation. sugars have little, if any, vitamins, minerals or fiber. Use salt & sodium in moderation. For some people, sodium increases blood pressure. Drink more quantity of water as it stabilizes your digestion, it eliminates the stress & migraines. More preferably drink boiled water. Drink at least 3-5 liters of water, that would be better for your body. 

As far as alcohol beverages is concerned, please do stay away from it as it very harmful for your body. It is high in calories & has no nutrients. If you consume, then do so in moderation. As you age, your body breaks down alcohol more slowly, so it stays in your body longer. Drinking the same amount that you drank 20 years ago can cause a lot more damage to your body, breaks your mental peace & as well as peace around yourselves. So it's better to stay away from alcohol & it's beverages.
