Daily exercise reduces death risk!

Did you know? Spending few minutes for doing exercise & making as a daily routine can boost your life expectancy! Yes, exercise fetches in boosting the life expectancy & reduces the risk of death. According to the researchers from Taiwan, doing just a few minutes exercise a day, can live longer having disease-free life.

The researchers suggested that a person doing just 15 minutes of exercise a day, can live longer having disease-free life. The Lancet study says that at least 15 minutes physical exercise daily can boost life expectancy by three years & dramatically reduces risk of death by almost 14%. Meanwhile, the British Journal of Sports Medicine says that spending time with TV more than six hours reduces lifespan by five years. 

However, both the study recommended adults to go for regular exercise & some physical works. The adults should spend 150 minutes in exercise a week, more than 30 minutes a day & five times a week. Prof Stuart Biddle, an expert in exercise psychology at Loughborough University said that one can gain little from small amounts of exercise & more is no doubt better. However, less is good to start & maintain it on regular basis.
