A recent new study claims that going for gym is no doubt good, but outdoor exercise is better than indoor exercises as it keeps people mentally well reducing tension, confusion, anger & depression. The study published in the Journal Environmental Science & Technology found that exercise in natural environment like sea beach, lawns & landscape helps creating positive energy in the body & mind.
Researchers from the Peninsula College of Medicine & Dentistry said that outdoor exercise also reduces negative force & mental tensions when body comes contact with the nature in the morning.
